Reiki

$70 per hour in office, $85 per hour session off site, $100 an hour for a group of four (15 min. sessions each)

What is Reiki?
Reiki (Ray-key) is the Japanese word for “Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy.” Rei meaning universal spirit, guided by a Higher Power or God. Ki meaning life energy that flows through and around all of us and all living things. Therefore Reiki means life energy that is guided by Higher Power. Reiki is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes self healing. This technique was developed in Japan and is administered by the laying on of hands.

What can Reiki do?

What to expect during a Reiki session
You relax fully clothed, lying on a Reiki table while Susan, Reiki Master Practitioner, holds her hands on or above you. The energy flows wherever it is required and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling feeling. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience.

Hypnotherapy

$80 per hour in office. Alchemical Hypnotherapy is an empowering and freeing experience, which leaves the client with more clarity and understanding regarding the issue they are addressing. The hypnotherapist assists you in contacting your own True Guides which take over the process from the therapist and lead you to new levels of happiness, love, creativity, and healing power. Susan, with her calming voice, begins with relaxation techniques: using soothing music, chimes and a guided imagery to transport the client to a safe and secure place where the conscious and subconscious minds can coexist.

The client can vividly feel what he/she experiences in trance, yet at the same time speak out loud in a normal voice. The client is lying down, fully clothed, covered with a blanket to create a sense of security and peace.

Nukkles Massage

May be added to any session. The Nukkles are a one of a kind hand held device, with 4 domes on one side. When placed in the palm of my hands, the client will receive an unbelievable and gentle acupressure massage. The circular motion aides in relaxing sore and tired muscles, relieves low back pain, lowers blood pressure and improves circulation. The pair of Nukkles are an incredible de-stressor that glides gently from head to toe over the clients clothed body.

Two hour party, unlimited number of guests $200

Meditation and Wellness Groups

Individual or group details available upon request. Groups provide a safe and supportive environment. Groups currently offered include: wellness, sugar sensitivity, meditation, special needs for young adults and children, seniors, couples. Groups include men, women, coed.
